Gorman Win at Optimist Ulster Championships

Ten sailors from the National Yacht Club travelled up to the Optimist Ulster’s and raced over the two days.

Daniel Raymond Wins First Topper Traveller of 2013

The first Topper Traveller of 2013 took place on 19 May in the home waters of the NYC. The event had been postponed from March due to storm force winds, so we had the added flavour of a Vintage Triumph Car Rally -which had been planned long before the change of date.

Get Involved in our Sunday Fun Sailing!!

Now that the days are getting warmer….  We are going to run 4 fun Sunday afternoons of sailing. It will be an opportunity for juniors to get out on the water for some sailing with other people, try out a friends boats or charter a club boat.

Laser Update – ISA squad place for Sarah Cooney and great success at Ulsters for NYC!

The ISA Laser 4.7 Squad to represent Ireland in the Worlds/Europeans in Hungary this July has been selected following the Laser Munsters and the ISA Youth Nationals.

After her recent win at the Youth Nationals, Nicole Hemeryck finished 2nd overall at the Topper Ulsters in Larne and was in the first lady position.
