ICRA Nationals Common Sense Response to Professional Issues

The ICRA National Championships in the Royal Irish Yacht Club from 13th to 15th June already has approaching 100 entries and looks to be heading for record numbers despite a complex environment for sailing events.

Optimist Trial 2014

The 2014 Optimist trials took place over two consecutive weekends. The first leg took place in Howth Yacht club and the second in the Royal St George Yacht Club.

Parking costs reduced on Carlisle Pier

We have been advised by Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company that they have now reduced the daily parking rate on the Carlisle Pier to €5 for a full day.

NYC Sailors 2nd & 3rd prize Winners at Topper Leinsters Event

A very successful Topper Leinsters event, the first Regional of the season, was held at the NYC last weekend. Two full days racing with 6 races in total saw Hugh Perrette (NYC) finish second overall, and Heather Spain (NYC) finish third overall and first lady.
