Laser High Performance Training Pre-Nationals

At NYC , we have organized 3 days of high performance laser training scheduled in NYC the week before the Laser Nationals aimed at those sailors planning to enter the Laser Nationals (Ballyholme, Thurs Aug 28th – Sun Aug 31st) .

Laser Pre-Event Coaching – Sunday 22nd June

Ppre-event Laser performance training this Sunday 22nd June in NYC, the day after the NYC Regatta. It will be all-day training from 9:30 to 5. REGISTER HERE

Junior Pre Race Optimist Training

For Sailors who have completed Basic Skills and need to build confidence with a view to racing.  Instruction will take place at the same time as Friday Racing, 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
