Optimist Exchange Programme

The Optimist Sailing Exchange Programme will once again be taking place this summer in beautiful Tenerife. Its a fantastic opportunity where you are guaranteed sunshine and great fun !

Dun Laoghaire Saturday Series

23 FEBRUARY — 23 MARCH

 

This Series will be held over four afternoons this spring and is open to all Optimist, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7, RS, 420, Feva and Topper Sailors under 19.

Junior and Minor Summer Sailing Course

The NYC junior summer courses will be starting on Tuesday 4th June and our minor course will be starting on Monday 15th July. Please note we will be running two Minor courses a day one in the  mornings and one in the afternoons.

Spring Training Reminder!!

Reminder to all Spring Training participants that there will be no Spring Training this coming Sunday 10th February.
Training will resume again on Sunday 17th of February.

Access Sailing Programme on RTE Nationwide

The N.Y.C. was proud and delighted to take part in a combine Club initiative aimed at involving young handicap children in the sport of sailing.

RTE Nationwide was present last summer and will be airing its programme tonight (Wednesday 6th February) at 1800.

Spring Training 2013

Spring Training will start on Sunday 3rd February at 12:30 – 4:30pm for Juniors who have obtained their Basic Skills Level.
