NYC at the 2013 Connacht Optimist Championships

Charlie Cullen, Clare Gorman, Natasha Hemeryck, Hugh O’Connor, Luke Rickard & Leah Rickard all traveled to Galway Bay Sailing Club on the weekend of October 5th/6th  to represent the NYC at the 2013 Connacht Optimist Championships.

Record number of 5 NYC sailors in Junior Helmsman Championships 2013

Finn Lynch (nominated by the Radial class), Sarah Cooney (Laser 4.7), Nicole Hemeryck (Topper) Loghlen Rickard (Optimist) and Daniel Raymond (Topper) all travelled to Schull last weekend to compete in dense fog for this prestigious Championships which brings together all the best sailors in each class at the end of the season.
