Walk Sunday 7th March 2010
The March walk will take place on Sunday – March 7th in
The Vale of Clara at 13.00.
Directions: 1) Head for Glendalough but bear left at Laragh on the R755 signposted Rathdrum. After 6 km turn left, cross a six arch bridge, pass church and forest entrance is another 500metres on the right.
Directions: 2) Take N11/M11 south and leave at sign for Rathnew and Rathdrum. In Rathdrum take R755 signposted Laragh. After 5 km turn right and then as above.
Bring a packed lunch, stout walking boots and Rainwear.
This is a lovely walk, with the river beside the track for parts of it, of about 3 hours duration including a stop for lunch.

As Easter day is the first Sunday in April, our April walk will be on 11th.
