Congratulations to Alan Green and Chris Doorly for winning the NYC F15 Frostbite 2017 Series!
The eagerly anticipated and hotly contested NYC F15 Frostbite series concluded last Saturday with 4 races counting as 2 mini series of 2 races each, a new format experimented with earlier in the series and extremely well received by the competitors.The NYC would like to thank all the volunteers (committee boat personnel, mark layers) who ran this series and especially Ian Mathews who, for the fifth year in a row, gave up participating in the racing to endorse the role of Race Officer.
Many thanks are also due to John O’Gorman who very kindly provided his cruising boat ‘Hanse Off’ as Committee Boat for the series.
