The National Yacht Club annual Fish night takes place this year on Saturday April 22nd
featuring Peter Caviston, inimitable bonomie, tack sharp wit, and any of his other friends he should care to invite.
As ever Cormac Healy will liaise in creating an elegant but simple menu using only the finest fish and shellfish from Irish waters
