NYC Spring Optimist Programme
Module 1: DOGs (Dun Laoghaire Optimist Group) Performance Programme
Open to NYC, RIYC and RSGYC Optimist TRIALISTS ONLY
The DOGs Spring training programme is made of 11 weekends including 3 weekend clinics with International coaches – 14 sessions in total Programme commences 15th January 2017

Module 2: NYC Winter Coaching Programme (for NYC members only)
For Level 3 ‘improving skills'(can sail a triangular course in 10 knots) and level 4 advanced kids.
5 Sunday afternoons on March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th with our last session on Sunday 2nd April. Coaching Fees are €100 for the block of 5 Sundays.
From 12:30 until 16:30 and we asked that all Juniors would be rigged, changed into suitable warm winter sailing gear (dry suit/ full length wetsuit, hat and gloves) and fed by 12:30.
NYC Spring Topper Programme
Module 1: Performance Clinics (open to other Clubs)
We will hold 3 Topper Performance Clinics from now to the middle of March, spread over 6 days;
Clinic 1 – Sunday 12th February
Clinic 2 – Saturday & Sunday 4th & 5th March
Clinic 3 – Friday, Saturday & Sunday 17th, 18th & 19th March
Time 09.30 – 16.30. The cost for the clinics is €60/day
NOTES:
Due to space constraints, RIYC and RSGYC Toppers will launch from their respective Clubs.

Module 2: 420 pre Ballyholme Clinic (open to other Clubs)
We will be organising an open 2-days clinic on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th April
Time 10.00 – 16.00. The cost is €60 per sailor.
NOTES:
– Due to space constraints, RIYC and RSGYC 420s will launch from their respective Clubs.
– Please make sure to register the 2 children involved in each boat (separate online registration required!
