ISA Open National Feva training weekend
The ISA have organised a
RS Feva training weekend on the
5th/6th July in the National Yacht Club, Dun Laoghaire with Philip Doran as the head coach. Philip is a top class sailor and past National and International Champion in both toppers and lasers and a current ISA coach. He represented Ireland in the student yachting worlds last year and also has a lot of experience with spinnakers. Philip will also be assisted with Feva coaches for the weekend.
This coaching is open to all sailors of all levels.
They will hope to cover from basic racing taticks up to spinnaker sailing angles and bits in between. It is hoped to have all
boats rigged by10.30 am on Saturday morning but the sailors still in their normal clothes. Sailors from the Royal St. George YC can sail directly out to the sailing area from their own club. Please bring your lunch and runners as you might be brought for a run. The
cost of the weekend is
only €20 per boat as it is highly subsidised by the ISA .
