Inter-Club for the Michael Kane Wheel

The Inter Club is played on a home and away basis by teams from the RIYC the RStGYC and the NYC over two rounds during the winter months. The first round of matches played in November resulted in two fine wins for a very talented NYC team, which defeated the RIYC on a score of 9 points to 2 and also defeated the holders RStGYC by a score of 6 points to 5. The second round of matches takes place on February 8th when we host the RStGYC and on February 1st when we are away to the RIYC. Player of the November Series is Oisin Murphy for his television shot against the George, when being snookered and with the NYC trailing by a single point he unleashed a shot of such sublime skill, pace and subtlety resulting in the tide turning in favour of the NYC and a win by a single point.
