Replacement Launch ‘Anne’ ready for service

Our new launch ‘Anne’ has been delivered from Malahide Marina and Boatyard after more than skin deep cosmetic surgery! As you can see in the post gallery, she now looks “as new” and will see her first day in service on lift-in day!

Do you fancy representing the National Yacht Club Burgee in the Dublin Bay’s PY (handicap) Dinghy Class?

The NYC is considering the option of entering 2 of its new Wayfarers in DBSC for dinghy racing on Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to race a brain new boat with a winning track record under PY!!!

NYC takes delivery of 4 new Wayfarers

The Club took delivery of 4 new Wayfarers on St Patrick’s Day. Finished in dark blue and red waterline livery to match our Club burgee, this “mini one design fleet” will complement our existing fleet of Club boats geared towards Adult sailing (1720s, RS Ventures).

Another busy sailing season in 2016! Dates for your calendar!

With 4 Club regattas, including of course our own NYC mid-summer’s Regatta on Saturday 18th June, the ICRA Nationals at the door step and regular DBSC racing, members yacht racing calendars look pretty full!

On top of this, the NYC will host many regional and nationals events this summer from Lasers to SB20s to 1720s to Flying Fifteens and Fireball etc…
