Dear Members,

Further to Governments recent update on guidelines in hospitality, please be reminded of changes to the opening hours of the Clubhouse until January 31^st.

Throughout January Food service will begin at 12.30pm and last orders will be at 7pm from Tuesday to Friday. A new Brunch Menu will be available on Saturday from 10.30am until 3pm and dining menu is available until 7pm. Sunday Lunch remains as normal.

Please see below the opening times for the Club over the Christmas period. Please be reminded that we still have availability for lunch on New Years Eve

December 24th  –  Close at 6pm
December 25^th, 26^th 27^th –  Closed.
December 28^th   -Bar open from 5pm 
December 29^th   and 30th – Bar and Catering open as normal
December 31^st   – New Years Eve Lunch   – Bookings available

January 1^st – Closed

We are delighted to introduce our new line of NYC merchandise in time for the festive season!

We have hooded jackets, long sleeve T-shirts, short sleeve polo-shirts and soft shell jackets for both men and women in a wide selection of sizes on offer!

An online order form will be available from next week but in the meantime, do not hesitate to come and have a look at our display in the main admin office!

This year’s Santa Sunday is on 5th December 2021.  Santa will be in the Clubhouse from 11am to 2pm for children to visit.  In order to comply with HSE and Government guidelines, we are implementing a time slot programme.  Santa visit booking forms are on the porter’s desk in the hallway (opposite the Manager’s office), or you can click here for a form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DINING VOUCHERS.

The Committee have agreed to extend 2020 and 2021 bar and catering vouchers, paid in association with your membership subscription, until December 2022.  Please note – this does not affect your Top-up accounts as there is no expiry on these vouchers.

Vouchers paid in conjunction with your subscription are redeemable in the Clubhouse against bar and catering services only.

As we near the festive season, I would like to remind members of the range of private dining options within the Clubhouse that can be availed of for those long awaited friends and family reunions, postponed milestone occasions or the much looked forward to “catch-up”.

The diary is filling up fast but dates are still available for midweek and some weekend days.
