Annalise Rides the Waves in Perth
After the fourth race today in the ISAF World Sailing Championships in Perth Annalise Murphy shot into 1st place overall in a fleet of 130 Laser Radials including all the top ranked sailors in her sport. Continuing in this form will certainly deliver qualification for this outstanding NYC sailor to the London 2012 Olympics. There has been extensive coverage of her success to date in the Irish Times and Irish Independent yesterday along with alot of radio coverage.

Slightly nearer to home the NYC Optimist sailors are also putting in great sailing performances in a 400 fleet event in Palma.
Sean Donnelly is currently lying 35th and Daniel Raymond 49th. Evie Byrne is putting in a great performance mid fleet at her first major international regatta.
