Celebrity Chef Cook-Off Howth Yacht Club – Thursday 2nd December @ 8pm Terry McCoy and Dermot Baker will be cooking an array of delicious dishes in 45 minutes which will be judged by a panel of food experts to pick the winner.  SOS Suicide Prevention will be the real winners on the night as all proceeds will be presented to them. Terry and Dermot will attempt to get a world record for cooking a Pheasant Dish (from feather) with a Classic French Sauce, a potato dish, fresh vegetables and garnished to 5 Star taste and presentation. Absolutely NO microwaves, deep fat fryers or gimmicks, just a 4 ring gas burner and 3 pans. Absolutely NO preparation, the Pheasant will NOT be plucked or cleaned prior to the attempt, no peeling potatoes, onion, garlic etc. Totaly Raw, Totally Mad and all in 180 seconds or less!!  Faster than pulling a pint of Guinness!
