She’s flying! Speed trials of the Irish Moth v2.0
The Irish Moth building development programme carries on with another 50 modifications having been made to the hull, deck and rig based on earlier trials and lessons learnt from entering the boat in he Moth Worlds in Hayling Island.
The Irish Voodoo Moth “V2.0” just arrived back at the NYC, the “spiritual home” of the Irish Moth burgeoning class.
The latest sea trials have shown that the hard work and painstaking tweaks have paid off!
The Moths will be in action this Bank Holiday week-end with International Race Officer Con Murphy in charge of delivering a fast pace programme of racing over three days…guaranteed spectacle on the water!
