We have organised some coaching for “non-squad” Laser sailors over the midterm break (while all our squad Laser sailors are away at an ISA training camp in Killaloe). Since “time on the water” is the key to learning, the 3 day coaching clinic is aimed at improving laser skills and will feature a hands-on approach to Optimise rigging the Laser Improve boat handling skills such as sail trim and use of trim controls, roll tacking and jibing, and upwind and downwind sailing techniques for speed and control Improve Downwind and wave surfing techniques Optimise Proper body positioning and steering methods Race prep Mark Rounding (Windward/Leeward) The clinic will be held on Saturday 25th – Monday 27th October from 10am – 4:30 pm. The cost is €60 for the 3 days or €25 per day if the sailor only is available on one or two days. 3 Day Laser Clinic Saturday 25th October to Monday 27th  from 10am to 5pm
