4 NYC sailors on the ISA Laser 4.7 squad travelled to Warnemunde in Germany last week for a Europacup event. Boys and girls raced separately for the first time and all finished in the top 15 which was a great result for their first big international event. Nicole Hemeryck finished 6
th overall and 3
rd Under 18, Niamh Doran 9
th Under 18 and Evie Byrne 6
th Under 16. Daniel Raymond finished 4
th Under 18 and 6
th overall in the boys.
They are back in the NYC training hard this week before they travel to Moss in Norway next week for the 4.7 Europeans.
