National Yacht Club

 The National Yacht Club featured very highly at the ISA Awards ceremony last weekend with Annalise Murphy winning the coveted Sailing Achievement of the Year award for her outstanding representation of Irish Sailing in the Womens Laser Radial at the London 2012 Olympics. The Junior Sailor of the Year Award was won by Finn Lynch for his first Silver medal for Ireland in the Laser Radial at the ISAFs held in Dunlaoire last summer. Claire Lambert also a member of NYC won the Sailing Instructor of the Year award for her work in LDYC as a summer instructor. Annalise couldn’t join us last night at the ISA Awards Ball as she’s competing in Spain but hear what she had to say about winning the award:
