Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Notice is herby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Members called by the General Committee in accordance with the rules of the club will be held in the Clubhouse on Monday 28th November 2011 at 19.30 hrs.
The business of the said Extraordinary General Meeting will be to consider, and if thought fit, to pass the resolutions below.
1. Notice of Motion – Rule 12.1
That the annual subscription of Full members for the subscription year 2012 shall be €1325.00 and that the subscription of all other category of members are pro rata.
2. Notice of motion – Rule 12.1
That the entrance fee for Full Members, shall be €960.00.
3. Notice of motion – Rule12.1
That each Full Member shall pay, along with Full Members subscription for the year 2012, a sum of €275.00 to purchase catering vouchers to be used during 2012 in accordance with the rules made from time to time by the General Committee.

With regard to payment of subscription note: Subscriptions will become due and payable before January 1st 2012.
Payment by members elected before 1st January 2012 may be made as follows:
• By direct debit issued to the club before January 1st, 2012, payable in one moiety or payable in 12 monthly payments commencing January 2012.
• By cheque or bank draft on or before January 1st, 2012
• By Credit Card on or before January 1st, 2012.
• All members elected after 1st January 2007 shall pay by direct debit.
A simple majority in accordance with Rule 22 will pass resolutions 1 to 3.
